Student Publication Support Program (SPSP) (Starting mid–2026)

About

The Student Publication Support Program (SPSP) provides students with structured time, guidance, and peer support to help turn thesis work or research projects into publishable manuscripts.

The program is designed to address common challenges to publication, including limited time, competing commitments, and uncertainty around journal submission.

The goal is clear and achievable: prepare and submit a manuscript.

What to expect

  • Weekly, facilitated 2-hour online writing sessions
  • A protected writing space with accountability and peer support
  • Practical guidance on journals, submission, and publication processes
  • A brief pre- and post-program survey
  • A follow-up check-in within 2–8 weeks to support momentum and problem-solve challenges
  • AEDRTC facilitators are not expected to be authors; acknowledgement only.

Who should attend
