The MBSRQ is a self-report inventory designed to assess individuals' attitudes and beliefs about their physical self, across multiple dimensions. The MBSRQ contains 10 subscales that assess: (1) Appearance Evaluation, (2) Appearance Orientation, (3) Fitness Evaluation, (4) Fitness Orientation, (5) Health Evaluation, (6) Health Orientation, (7) Illness Orientation, (8) Overweight Preoccupation, (9) Self- Classified Weight, and (10) the Body Areas Satisfaction Scale.
