MANTRA is a NICE-recommended individual therapy for adults with anorexia nervosa. It is based on a cognitive-interpersonal model and involves carer participation. It offers a comprehensive manual for the cognitive-interpersonal treatment of anorexia nervosa. A version to be used with adolescents have also been developed.
