The EHQ is a self-report questionnaire designed to evaluate the cognitions, behaviors, and feelings associated to orthorexia nervosa. It comprises 3 subscales: (1) Knowledge of Healthy Eating, (2) Problems Associated with Healthy Eating, and (3) Feeling Positively about Healthy Eating.
