The EDQOL is a 25-item self-report questionnaire designed to measure quality of life among individuals with eating disorders. In addition to an overall score, the EDQOL contains 4 subscales capturing: (1) Psychological, (2) Physical/ Cognitive, (3), Financial, and (4) Work/School.
