TranslatED

Funding bright research and translation ideas for eating disorders

Scholarships designed to support translational research aimed at improving outcomes for people with eating disorders and their families.

The Australian Eating Disorders Research & Translation Centre’s second round of the TranslatED funding will support the translation of research with the potential to positively impact the health, social, and emotional wellbeing of people with eating disorders, as well as their families and carers.

Research translation enables research to have real-world impact by informing policy and practice, making it a crucial step in transforming new knowledge into meaningful change. Through the TranslatED 2026 Fund, we will support the development of co-production translation initiatives that bridge the gap between research and real-world outcomes.

The TranslatED 2026 Fund will offer grants ranging from $5,000 to $30,000 to Australian residents with innovative co-production ideas for translation in the field of eating disorders.
